Youth Bake Sale at Easter Gathering Showing a tremendous amount of ingenuity and teamwork the young people of Southwestern Ontario held a bake sale to raise funds to enable children to attend the Bible School this summer in Eastern Europe. They raised $180.00 on Saturday at the fraternal gathering, and sold candies at the hockey challenge in the evening. The event was spearheaded by Sis. Jennifer Puim from Kitchener ecclesia and Sis. Jenny Stormont from Detroit ecclesia. Sis. Jennifer Puim has challenged all other CYC's throughout the world to match their challenge. |
